2024 Summer Transformation Challenge - Information and Rules

When: Wed, May 1st -  Wed, June 26th

What: 8 Week Transformation Challenge

Why: Because jacked and tan is life 

Presented By: Explosive Enterprises and Full Circle Strength Systems

#1 - Registration Fee/Donation

All registration fees collected will be donated to the Family Crisis Shelter of North Dakota. Additional donations can be made via Venmo (@shop-fcss) or PayPal (shop.fcss@gmail.com). Please comment "donation" when sending payment. Or donate directly to https://www.familycrisisshelter.com/ 

#2 - Divisions

There will be a men's and women's class/division. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 in each class. The top 3 will be chosen based on the most impressive/noticeable change in appearance, including but not limited to: muscle gain, fat loss, increased definition, bulking, cutting, etc. 

#3 - Before Photos

All participants must submit a "before" or "starting" series of photos (front, side, and back views) with a time stamp of Wednesday, May 1st, 2024, or later, via email to ndstrongest@gmail.com with your name in the subject line. All photos submitted must at least have non-transparent, full coverage undergarments such as bra, sports bra, underwear, boxers, briefs, shorts, tank tops, singlets, etc. Any photos exposing nudity/genitalia will result in automatic disqualification. Photos submitted on any platform other than email will result in automatic disqualification. 

#4 - After Photos

All participants must submit an "after" or "ending" series of photos (front, side, back views) with a time stamp of Wednesday, June 26th, 2024 11:59PM, or earlier, via email to ndstrongest@gmail.com with your name in the subject line. All photos submitted must at least have non-transparent, full coverage undergarments such as bra, sports bra, underwear, boxers, briefs, shorts, tank tops, singlets, etc. Please wear the same clothing as in your before photos, use the same camera angles, lighting, and location. Any photos exposing nudity/genitalia will result in automatic disqualification. Photos submitted on any platform other than email will result in automatic disqualification. 

#5 - Health and Safety

All participants are held responsible for their own health and safety during the entirety of the 8 week transformation challenge. Types and use of workouts, nutrition, supplementation, etc. is at the discretion of each participant and will not affect the judging protocol or outcome whether bulking or cutting. 

#6 - Prizes and Awards

The top 3 women and top 3 men will be notified via email on Thursday, June 27th, 2024 via email and announced on the social media pages of Full Circle Strength Systems and Explosive Enterprises. 

1st place = $1000* (plus bragging rights)

2nd place = $500*

3rd place = $250* 

*Prizes will be awarded in the form of gift cards to Explosive Enterprises Discount Fireworks
