Viking press, palms away, 24/26” apart, facing the impliment. 60 second Time limit, can push press, no double dipping. Elbow, knee sleeves, wrist wraps allowed. Feet have to be aligned for down command.
sandbag over shoulder for reps 1 bag for reps in 1 minute. You will ge to pick your bag out of 3 choices. Any amount of reps with the heavier bag beats more reps with lighter bags. Grip shirts and chalk allowed.
Trap bar deadlift for max. 3 attempts, Wessels rule appliea. Rising bar system. Jumps in 10lb incrimnets. If you make all 3 attempts you can take a 4th attempt. 100.00 prize money to biggest mens and womens deadlift by weight and by formula. Straps and suits are allowed, pick height is 13”
odd object carry 3 objects Carried 25 foot each and loaded to a 48” table. Kegs, sandbags, tree stumps, engine blocks. can carry in any order. No tacky. Weight range will be given but not exact weight of each implement
