The 58th Phoenix Scottish Games including Athletics will be held at Gilbert Regional Park, March 4th and 5th, 2023. 

Early-bird registration is limited to the first 60 registrants. Registration closes January 31st, 2023. Walk-on signups will be allowed only if space is available, at the non-early-bird fee. A small processing fee will be added to your registration. 

Please review this information prior to registering. For all athletes except Masters and Lightweight, select Open, then select the class for which you're registering. For Masters, select Masters, and then your age group. For Lightweights, select Lightweight.

Women's B/Open
A Men
Masters Men 40+
Masters Women 40+
Lightweight Men
 

Sunday 3/5 classes:

Lightweight Women
Men's B
Men's C
Masters Men 50+
Masters Women 50+
Men's Masters 60+
Women's Masters 60+

All nine events will be contested. Conventional weights for each class will be used. Lunch will be provided for Saturday and Sunday.

Classes will be limited to ten athletes. 

We will not be hosting a Men's Novice class. If you are planning on competing as a Men's Novice, enter the C class.

Lightweight athletes may weigh in up to but no more than 24 hours prior to the event. Friday morning weigh-ins will be available, location and specific time TBD.

Athletes must wear a kilt to compete. 

Stone weights may vary based on what we have available for each class on the day of competition. In the event of a world record, implements will be weighed using a postal scale to ensure accuracy and validity of record; steel tape will be used to measure world record throws.

C Class competitors may throw the 42# weight with permission of judge and Athletic Directors.

Events, weights, order of events, and extra throws are subject to change at the discretion of the Athletic Directors.
