This is fun 1 Rep max deadlift competition to benefit Locker 505, a local clothing bank for kids, sponsored by French Funerals & Cremations, hosted by Riverpoint Sports & Wellness. Spectators are welcome to watch and cheer on the athletes as well as shop vendor village. Cash or clothing donation at the door will be greatly appreciated!  My goal with this event is to raise funds for a local charity and get more people interested in lifting and competing! This is our 5th year putting on this event and we are so pleased with how much it grows every year! This event is suitable for ALL fitness levels, whether you are a new lifter or a seasoned competitor!  Weigh ins are 9 - 9:30AM, ( you may weigh on Friday Oct 31st by appt only so please call me at 505.307.6056 to arrange), rules at 9:45 AM competition to begin at 10 am

Event rules:

3 attempts to hit your max, once you miss a lift you cannot go down in weight and you have 1 minute to get your lift

Chalk, Straps, and hitching are allowed

This year we WILL be allowing deadlift suits!

Sumo or conventional allowed

Dia De Los Muertos face paint or costumes are encouraged but not required, I will accept last minute entries but I can NOT guarantee you a shirt, Locker 505 will be there taking your gently used or new clothing or cash donations. Vendors will also be set up, please stop by as their vendor fee goes to Locker 505!
