Weigh Ins/Athlete Check In:

1. EVERYONE MUST check-in on the 17th (weigh-ins are NOT allowed the day of the event), including SHW Classes- under age of 18 must have parent at check in and day of the event.
2. Location: 1494 W Buckingham Rd. Garland, Texas

4. Time:  10a.m.-12p.m. & 5p.m.-7p.m.

Registration Deadline: 

1. January 11th 2025 at 11:59pm.  Online entry must be submitted by this date.
2. Contest will cap at 100 Athletes

1. All tickets will be sold at door (Cash or Card ONLY)

Arnold & Nationals Qualifications (Regionals are now open to all competitors to compete)

1st place – Arnold and Nationals

2nd place – Nationals

3rd place – Nationals

4th place – Nationals with 9 or more competitors per class

5th place – Nationals with 12 or more competitors per class.

Events and Rules: 

note all events are subject to change**

*For all events:

1. No deadlift suits or Multi-ply of any kind
2. No tacky or Liquid Tacky
3. No Bare feet (shoes must be worn at all times)
4. Contest shirt must be worn at all times
5. No build up belts (Only 1 hard and 1 soft allowed)

LOG CHOKE SLAM - MAX WEIGHT

Athletes will have 3 attempts to clean & press a max log weight. 30 second time limit per attempt. Athletes must wait for judges down command.

10lb jumps and 10in log for women.

20lb jumps and 12in log for men.

Tag Team Deadlift - Farmer Handles into Kabuki Trap Bar for Reps

Athletes will start with their hands off of the first implement and when given the "GO" command, will begin alternating single repetitions starting with the Farmer Handles then Kabuki Trap Bar back and fourth and attempt to complete as many reps as possible in 60 seconds. Athlete must weight for the judges down command before moving onto the next repetition. 

Trap Bar Handle Height - 12in

Farmer Handle Height - 16in

straps of any kind are NOT allowed

Spine Buster Truck Pull - Fastest Time

Athletes will start strapped in and when given the "GO" command will attempt to pull the Semi as fast as possible. 60 second time cap for competitors. Time stops once the front bumper of the truck crosses the finish line.

Gloves are allowed.

Sandbag Suplex - Max Bag to Shoulder

Athletes will begin with either 100lbs or 175lbs and when given the "GO", will attempt to shoulder each sandbag in ascending order until either the 60 second time limit is reached or all sandbags are shouldered. Athlete must wait for judges down command before moving on to the next bag. Split times will counted.

25lb jumps for all classes. Last bag is 400lbs.

This will be a Strongman Corporation Arnold & Nationals invite for qualifying classes. This is a Strongman Corporation sanctioned event so all athletes must prove current valid Strongman Corporation membership status before being able to compete. No membership/No compete.

IMPORTANT: REGISTRATION FEE INCREASES JANUARY 11TH. NO REFUNDS.

Each weight class must have at least 3 or more competitors the day of competition or they will be combined.

All competitors must have a valid Strongman Corporation Card to be able to compete the day of the event.
