Event Rules: Carry and Drag Medley
Event Description:
• Contestants will start in front of a keg And have 60sec to.
• Carry the keg 40 feet and set it down across the line.
• Run back to the starting line, pick up the sandbag, and carry it 40 feet, placing it across the same line.
• Finally, grab the chain and drag it back 40 feet to the starting line.
Scoring:
• The fastest time to complete all three components wins the event.
• If you cannot complete the entire medley, your score will be based on the total distance covered.
Gear Rules:
• Not Allowed:
• Tacky or tacky towels of any kind.
• Placing the keg or sandbag on a “buildup” belt.
• Allowed:
• Chalk
• Grip shirts
• Sleeves (elbow, knee, etc.)
• Belts (excluding the use of a buildup for keg/sandbag)
• Wrist wraps

Event Rules: Car Deadlift
Event Description:
• Contestants will begin inside the car deadlift apparatus.
• You may strap in before the timer starts.
• Once the timer begins, you will have 60 seconds to complete as many reps as possible.
• A down command will be given when the lift is successfully completed and the apparatus is under control.
Scoring:
• The event winner will be determined by the contestant who completes the most valid reps within the 60-second time limit.
• Reps completed without waiting for the down call will not count.
Gear Not Allowed
• Tacky or tacky towels of any kind.
• Hook straps (including figure-8 straps). Note: Versa Grips are allowed.

Event Rules: Press Medley
Event Description:
Contestants will complete a sequence of pressing implements in the following order: Circus Dumbbell, Log, and Axle.
1. Circus Dumbbell:
• Start at the circus dumbbell.
• Perform one complete clean and press.
• For the press to count, the contestant must:
• Have feet square and stable.
• Fully lock out the elbow.
• Demonstrate full control before receiving the down call.
• Once the lift is successful, move to the log.
2. Log Clean and Press:
• Perform one clean and press with the log.
• Feet must be square and stable, with arms fully locked out.
• If split jerking, bring your feet square before the lift will be given.
• After a successful press, move to the axle.
3. Axle Clean and Press for Reps:
• Perform one clean and then press for as many reps as possible.
• Once the axle is dropped, the event will stop, and the total reps completed will be recorded.
Scoring:
• The contestant who successfully completes the medley fastest (Dumbbell and Log) and achieves the most reps on the Axle in 60 will win.

• Not Allowed:
• Tacky or tacky towels of any kind.
• Elbow wraps.
• Assistance devices like press shirts or suits.
• Allowed:
• Chalk
• Sleeves (knee, elbow, etc.)
• Wrist wraps
• Belts(no built up belts)
• Standard lifting straps (for axle only)
Bring your power, precision, and endurance—this medley will test it all! Who can conquer the Press Medley and show ultimate control?
Event Rules: Ascending Yoke
Event Description:
• Contestants will start with the first yoke at the lightest weight.
• You will carry the yoke 20 feet to the designated line.
• At the 20-foot mark, transition to the second, heavier yoke, and carry it an additional 20 feet to the finish line.
Scoring:
• The fastest time in 60sec to carry both yokes across their respective distances wins.
• If you cannot complete the event, your score will be based on the total distance covered.
• Unlimited drops are allowed; however, the timer will continue running.

• Not Allowed:
• Tacky or tacky towels of any kind.
• Gloves or assistance straps for grip.
• Allowed:
• Chalk
• Knee and elbow sleeves
• Belts
• Wrist wraps
This event is a true test of strength, stamina, and grit. Can you handle the weight and the pressure? Push your limits and see if you can conquer the Ascending Yoke!
Event Rules: Atlas Stone Series
Event Description:
• Contestants will have 60 seconds to load a series of five stones onto the designated platforms.
• The stones are progressively heavier and must be loaded in order, starting with the lightest stone placed furthest from the platform.
Stone Distances:
1. Lightest Stone: 12 feet from the platform.
2. Second Stone: 9 feet from the platform.
3. Third Stone: 6 feet from the platform.
4. Fourth Stone: 3 feet from the platform.
5. Heaviest Stone: Positioned at the platform.
Platform Heights:
• Men: Around 52 inches or shorter.
• Women: Around 48 inches or shorter.
Note: These heights are subject to change, and further updates will be provided.
Scoring:
• The fastest time to load all five stones onto the platform wins.
• If all five stones are not loaded, your score will be based on the number of stones loaded and the time of the last successful load.
Gear Rules:

• Built up belts
• Gloves or assistance grips.
• Allowed:
• Tacky is permitted for this event.
• Chalk
• Knee and elbow sleeves
• Belts
• Stone sleeves or forearm guards
