athletes will have 60s to clean and press all 3 objects as fast as possible
must clean every rep
60s timer per attempt

any throwing method can be used
cannot cross line before or after throwing
athlete must exit back of throwing area once lift is complete
30s timer to start once athlete enters throwing area
