This is a Level 2 Show. 

Show is Capped at 80 Athletes.

We will be having a Live DJ, Food Vendors, Apparel Vendors, and More.

Cash Prizes and Goodies will be awarded to Podium Finishers (Top 3 in each weight Class)

Weigh Ins

11/2 Saturday 8am-1pm      11/3 Before Show 7am - 8am

Rules Meeting starts at 8:30am

Competition Begins at 9am

Event 1 - Trump Axle Overhead (Clean & Press each Rep) (Standard Axle Bar) 1 Minute Time Limit

Athlete will have 2 Axles to chose from. Axle #1 will be lighter and Axle #2 will be heavier. 

1 Rep on the Heavier Axle Trumps the Lighter Axle at any amount of reps. 

Athlete can attempt the lighter axle to get successful reps in. Athlete can then choose to attempt the heavier axle, if successful lift is completed you will be scored for the heavier axle, if unsuccessful you CANNOT go back to the lighter axle and you will be scored for the lighter axle completed lifts and your time will be over.

Equipment allowed (Belts, wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, Grip shirt, Chalk or Liquid chalk)

All Press style's is allowed ( Strict Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Split Jerk, One motion lol )

Event 2 - Car Deadlift for Reps 1 minute Time Limit

Side Handles for ALL Novice class's, Masters, and Open LW women.

Front Handles for ALL Open Male and Female Class EXCEPT Light Weight Women.

Bar Height will be between 13in-15in (we will update when we have exact measurements on all car deadlift frames) there will be multiple car deadlift frames for this event.

Equipment allowed (Belts, Straps, Knee sleeves)

No Touch and Go Reps, No Deadlift Suit of any kind!  NO SUMO STANCE!! =)

Event 3 - Carry Medley (50ft) 90 Second Time Limit

Athlete will start on one end will all implements lined up, and move all implements to the end of the 50ft distance, Athlete will Run back and forth to move each implement the 50ft Distance.

The order of implements will start with Farmers - Sandbag - Keg - Mystery  implement. in that order.

Equipment allowed (Belts, Knee/Elbow Sleeves, wrist wraps, chalk)

No tacky allowed, or Rolling the Keg!

Event 4 - Crucifix Hold for max time

Athlete will have their Back flat on the backboard with hips and knees locked out, and both arms extended to the side holding the implement in each hand, at shoulder width height with elbows and wrists locked out. Details on Instagram Page

All Women (open/Novice) 54in - 50in - 48in - 44in - 42in

All Men (open/novice) 61in - 57in - 53in - 48in - 43in
