Day 1:

BEARD BROS National Record Breaker Log Clean and Press:

• 10 inch Women's log
• 12 inch Men's log
• 3 attempts with WESSELS rules
• 60 second time limit per attempt
• No built up belts
• Feet parallel, Knees and elbows locked, Head through
• NO TACKY, Grip shirts are allowed.

HARTER HOUSE Deadlift Medley:

• Texas Deadlift Bar for one rep, one rep Axle Wagon Wheel, and Car/Tires/Trucks for reps for remainder of time.
• Athlete must successfully complete each lift to move on.
• 60 second time limit
• No suits
• Straps and belts allowed
• No Tacky
• No sumo deadlift

IMPACT MOUTHGUARDS Natural Stone Pick and Load:

• This will be a 60 seconds event.
• Stone Weights TBD
• Distances for Men: 3 stones at 15FT, 10FT, 5FT. (PRO WILL HAVE A 4TH STONE at the PLATFORM TO LOAD)
• Distances for Women: 3 stones at 15FT, 10FT, 5FT. (PRO WILL HAVE A 4TH STONE at the PLATFORM TO LOAD)
• No SUITS. No TACKY.
• Grip shirts/ Taped arms - Allowed.

HUNGRY1 CATERING Yoke Carry:

• Fastest time for 60 feet, down and back.
• One drop allowed, 60 second time limit. (TURN DROP DOES NOT COUNT)
• Sliding yoke results in 2 second penalty
• Grip Shirts allowed, No tacky or gloves.

DAY 2:

FABICK/ CAT Vertical Hoist:

• Vertically hoist weight into the air and control on the decent.
• As many reps as possible.
• 60 second time limit.
• Gloves are allowed for this event.
• Heights will be: 18' for Women, 20' for Men, 25' for PRO.

QUEEN CITY GRAPHIX Hercules Hold:

• Max Time Event
• No Tacky, No straps.
• Belts are allowed.
• Elbow cannot bend, must be straight out.
• Legs and back locked in upright position.

DELTA DISTRIBUTIONS Truck Pull ( Arm over Arm):

• 60 second time limit
• Athlete must pull the vehicle to themselves while seated.
• No Suits, Tacky, or built up belts.
• Gloves are Allowed.
• If not completed, distance pulled will be added for points and placing.

Open - Any athlete that wishes to compete.

Novice - Any athlete that has not competed in an open division or has not won a novice division.

To qualify as a pro:

There must be at least six competitors in the same class. If there are less than six the class can still compete, prize money can be awarded, however no pro status will be awarded.

-OR-the athletes can move back into their normal class

Only First Place will qualify for Pro Status

Any competitor that zeros an event will not receive Pro Status.

A Pro Card is only awarded to the winner of the USS Pro International Championship.

Minimum prize amounts are: $500 for 1st, $300 for 2nd and $200 for 3rd. These are minimums.
