Each weight class must have at least 3 or more competitors the day of competition or they will be combined.

All competitors must have a valid Strongman Corporation Card to be able to compete the day of the event.

MAX LOG:

Athletes will be given 30 seconds to clean and press the log. 3 max attempts given to the athlete, once an attempt is failed the athlete has no further attempts. *belts must be put on with buckle in the back to avoid damaging logs, any found in front will be given a zero for the event.

UPDATED 1/2/2025 - ALL ATHLETES OPENING UNDER 265 LBS WILL BE LIFITNG ON A 10IN SLATER LOG, ABOVE 265 WILL BE ON A 12 IN PRO SLATER LOG. *NOVICE WOMEN WILL HAVE THE OPTON OF THE 8IN TITAN LOG STARTING AT 55LBS*

DEADLIFT FOR REPs:

Athletes will have 1 minute to complete as many reps as possible. A down call will be given by judge. No bouncing or you will not be given the rep. We will be using a 10ft deadlift bar (Bishop Hydra Bar). 

Keg/Sandbag Loading Medley:

Athlete will be given 1 minute to carry and load both the Keg and the Sandbag. Athlete chooses what implement to start with. The carry will be 40 ft. Keg will be loaded to a platform and must be stable standing upright, Sandbag will be loaded over a yoke. 

                 *** HEIGHTS! - Women - Keg to 37 in, Sandbag to 46 in, ALL Men - Keg to 43 in, Sandbag to 52 in

Yoke:

Athlete will have 60 seconds to carry the yoke down 40ft, drop, repick and back 40ft. No slides (we are on rubber so the yoke will catch if you try to slide)

Trump Monsterbell:

Athletes will have 60 seconds to clean and press the DB of their choice. Full clean and press on each rep. 1 rep at the larger weight trumps any reps of the lower weight DB. Using Rogue Monsterbells

GEAR ALLOWED: Wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, deadlift straps, figure 8 straps, grip shirts (only Cerberus & Strongman Corp), hard belts (note log requirements), soft belts
