Sanctioned by Grip Sport International, the HomeGymCon Grip Strength Championships features 4 events completed in 1 day on the expo floor of HomeGymCon. 

Events:

3"x4" Saxon Bar max lift to lockout (4 attempts)

Medley (10 challenges, 1 minute)

One Handed 2 3/8" Napalm Nightmare max lift to 6" crossbar (4 attempts)

Thick Handled Heavy Hammer hold for time (1 attempt)

$2,500 in Cash Prizes! These are based on ticket sales to the convention, competition entries, and competition sponsorships. 

Additionally, all competitors will be entered into the raffle prizes.  This year's raffle will include:

2x Saxon Bars from Arm Assassin Strength Shop

5x Grippers from Grip Genie

4x Grip Tools from Grip Genie

Weigh-ins will take place at the venue on the morning of June 27th, 2025

Time: 8:30am on June 27th

Location: The HGC Grip Strength Championship platforms on the expo floor

Divisions: 

Mens 83kg, 105kg, 120kg, 120kg+, Masters

Womens 83kg, 83kg+

Spectators must purchase tickets for HomeGymCon. A ticket for Friday is included with registration for athletes, but an additional Saturday ticket can also be purchased.
