Open M SHW is 221+, and Open W SHW is 199+ . Viking press 60 seconds time ,you will be given a down command. Farmers hold no tacky allowed hold as long as you can. Yoke 60 seconds 60 feet unlimited drops . Cross carry 60 seconds no tacky,go 25ft make turn at cone and 25 ft back unlimited drops ,you will take it from a platform at the start if you drop it you will pick it from the floor to continue. Stone over bar 60 seconds tacky allowed . Medals will be given for awards. Early weigh ins will be held at 74 South Street Highland NewYork12528 from 5:00 to 7:00pm September 3rd and at the contest sight the day of at 9:00 am . Rules are at 9:30 am.This contest is a fundraiser for someone with CRPS.
