Weigh ins start at 8am, rules start at 9am failure to attending rules leads to disqualification.

Unsanctioned powerlifting meet, we're raising money for impact life. All proceeds go to impact life. Kilo plates will be used for all lifts. Singlets are not required. 

Raw lifting only, no suits, no squat briefs, or single ply equipment. knee sleeves, wrist wraps, and a belt are fine 

all lifts: no up and downs/ no downward movement.  once a weight is attempted the lifter cannot go down in weight selection, the weight can be the same for a following attempt or may be higher if desired. 

Squat: squat and rack commands will be given. no double bouncing. Equipment used Texas Squat bar 55lbs/25kg bar, calibrated kilo plates. 

Bench: Glutes must stay on bench, start, press and rack commands will be given, lifter must show control, lifter must bend elbows to get a press command.   Equipment used for bench will be a Texas power bar and kilo plates. 

Overhead press: down command will be given, must be a strict press so no leg drive or excessive back arching. 

Deadlift: down command will be given, no hitching the bar competition bar for deadlifts will be a Texas deadlift bar with kilo plates.
