Wagon Wheel Deadlift:

AMRAP in 60 sec. Down command will be given, no up command. Must be fully locked out and show control to get a down command. 

Allowed:  Hard or soft belt, all types of lifting straps, sleeves, chalk, baby powder.

Not Allowed: Baby oil, tacky of any kind, suits or briefs. 

Keg Over Bar: Women 48" Men 52"

AMRAP in 60 sec. A lift command and stop command will be given.

Allowed: Chalk, grip shirt's USS APPROVED ONLY, sleeves, hard or soft belt.

Not Allowed: Tacky of any kind.

Yoke Run 50' For Time:

Move with yoke as fast as possible, Lift and down command will be given.

Allowed: Grip shirt, Hard or soft belt, chalk, sleeves and/or wraps.

Not Allowed: Tacky of any kind.

Sandbag Toss For Distance:

Athlete will be given 1 attempt to toss/throw a throw bag as far as possible, distance will be measured at point of impact. Bag can be tossed facing forward, backwards and spinning is aloud.

Allowed: Chalk, wrist wraps, sleeves, hard or soft belt.

Not Allowed: Tacky of any kind

Atlas Stone Over Bar: Women 48" Men 52"

AMRAP in 60 sec. Athletes will be given a lift and stop command.

Allowed: Tacky all types, chalk, sleeves, grip shirt, hard or soft belt, arms can be wrapped in tape of all types, stones sleeves.

Not Allowed: Built up belts (Meaning 2, one above another)

ALL WEIGHTS ARE SUBJECTED TO CHANGE DO TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:
