Time: Rules at 9:30am, Starts at 10am

Weigh Ins: Friday, December 6th from 9am-11am and 3pm-5pm. (Any other time can be scheduled with Kayla at 270-401-2303)

Axle Clean and Press - 60 seconds to clean and press each rep. Each rep must be locked out and you must get the down call from your judge.  Not Allowed: Tacky

18” Max Deadlift - One lane, weights will go up 50/40 jumps. You will jump in at your chosen weight. Judge gives you a start command, you will have 30 seconds to complete the lift.  Must get a down call from your judge. Wessels Rules, 3 attempts. Not Allowed - Deadlift Suits, Tacky

Deadlift Jumps will be as followed: 135, 185, 245, 295, 335, 385, 445, 495, 535, 585, 645, 695, 735, 785, 805, 845, 895, 935, 985, 1005, 1045

Sandbag Over Bar - You will complete 3 lifts on a single bag over the bar. 60 second time limit. Competitor will have to chase the bag, you will complete one rep, following bag to the other side of bar and repeat. Woman 48” and Men 52”. Not Allowed: Tacky

Zercher Yoke Carry - Zercher the yoke in front of your body, carry down 30ft course, drop and repick and carry 30ft. back.  60 second to complete.  Zercher heights will be taken at weigh ins.  Not Allowed: Tacky

Atlas Stone Series - You have 60 seconds to load 3 stones to 48” platform.
