Awards for 1st,2nd,3rd.Top three in each (OPEN,MASTER CLASS) will qualify for USS This is a qualifier for USS STRONGMAN 2025.

3 Attempts for max weight,Wessels Rules 

If you fail your attempt you are done. 60 second limit per attempt. if you fail the lift you can keep trying in the 60 seconds.If you lockout and treetop or throw the axle it will not be counted. Have control when guiding it down.

Woman starting weight 70lbs ,10 pound jumps

Men starting weight 140,20 pound jumps

• LEVER LADDER DEADLIFT

The athlete will start with the handle in their hand. The athlete has 60 seconds to finish all of the deadlifts. athlete must wait for the down command before moving to the next section of the deadlift. the starting weight more than doubles by the last lift. Athletes will have one handle they will attach and unattach each time.Time stops once you have locked out the last rep of the deadlift.

• YOKE CARRY 75FT

Athletes may set up underneath the yoke before the time begins.60 second time limit for the event.No dragging the yoke will be penalized and time will be added to your total time.if the event is unfinished the distance will be measured for score. unlimited drops until the 60 seconds is over.

• SANDBAG  OVER  BAR

 The athlete will have 60 seconds to complete all four sandbags. the sandbags will be placed in front of the bar. The athlete must start with the lightest to heaviest bag. Time stops when the last bag hits the floor. 

Woman's height for the bar is 48" and Mens height will be 52"

• Hercules Hold

Athletes will start with the handles in their hand once the athlete is ready the pin will be pulled and the time will begin. Time will stop when the athlete lets go of the handles.
