Weigh ins will be Friday Nov 17th 8am to 11 am and then 5pm to 8pm.

Sat weigh-ins 8am to 9 am.

Event 1 Max log 3 attempts if you miss you're out. 1 min time limit per lift. It will be "auction" style. Women opening at 90lbs and men at 150lbs

Event 2 -wagon wheel deadlift, 3 attempts miss and you're out. You must be completely locked and wait for down command. No suits or briefs, straps knee sleeves, belt, elbow wrist and elbo  sleeves and baby powder allowed. No tacky type products of any nature. "Auction" style, women start at 225lbs and men start at 315lbs.

Event 3- large & heavy truck pull. 75 second limit pull very heavy truck with harness and rope to prescribed distance aprox 50 ft. No suits or briefs or tacky products of any type. Gloves, sleeves elbow , knee, belts are  allowed as well as wrist wraps.

Event 4 -Thors hammer hold. 1 hammer in each hand held to the side in a "t" posture, no suits, briefs, tacky or gloves are allowed. Belts, sleeves knee elbow and wristwraps are allowed. Weights tbd

Event 5 max Atlas stone tacky, and belts are allowed 3 attempts miss and you're out. Women over 48 inch bar and men 52 inch bar aprox

Event 6 TIEBREAKER FOR FIRST PLACE FARMERS HOLD HEAD TO HEAD
