Maidens of Iron. Women Only.                                                         October 18th to be held at Prime Performance and Physio.

Weigh-ins will be Friday October 17th at Prime. 9am to noon. 2pm till 6pm. Athlete meeting Saturday morning 9am. lifting starts at 10am

Event 1: Log Press for reps. Clean once and press away. Teens will use 8 inch log, all others will use a 10 inch log. Equipment allowed; elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, hard and soft belts, knee sleeves. 60 second time limit

Event 2: Husafell Bag Carry. Pick and carry the bag for 50 feet. Fastest time wins. NO TACKY.   Equipment allowed; Hard and soft belt, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves. Max 60 seconds

Event 3: Lever Deadlift. 12 foot lever with 5 eyelets for the handle to hook into. Start with the eyelet closest to the weight, successfully lift and move back to the next eyelet which is 1 foot back. You will have to unhook and rehook at each eyelet. Fastest time counts. Equipment allowed, hard and soft belt, knee sleeves and straps. Max time 60 seconds

Event 4: Sandbag toss. Toss 3 sandbags over a 10 foot bar. Each bag is worth 1 point, additional points will be awarded dependent on where the bag lands in the target area on the other side of the bar. Max time 60 seconds

Event 5: Herculeana's Hold. No straps, NO TACKY. Standard D ring handles will be used. Longest hold wins.
