EVENT 1 Car Deadlift; 60 seconds for maximum reps. Neutral grip.
Equipment allowed, hard and soft belt, knee sleeves and straps. Chalk.
EVENT 2 Sandbag Toss; Bar will be set at 12'. 4 bags to be tossed over the bar. 60 second time limit.
Equipment allowed, Knee and Elbow sleeves, wrist wraps. Hard and Soft belts. Chalk.
EVENT 3 Overhead Press Medley; Log Press, Circus Dumbbell, Sandbag Press. It will be in that order. 60 seconds to complete.
Women will have a 10" log, 10" circus Dumbbell. Men will have a 12" log, Novice men 10" Circus Dumbbell Open will have 12" Circus Dumbbell.
Equipment allowed, Hard and Soft Belts, Knee and Elbow Sleeves. Wrist Wraps. Chalk.
EVENT 4 Sandbag Carry and Load; 3 sandbags will be carried 15' and loaded on top of wood barrels. 60 seconds to complete.
EVENT 5 Truck Pull; 25' 60 seconds to complete. Athlete will be harnessed to the truck, a rope will be anchored to assist.
