Weigh ins: 5/27 4-8pm and 5/28 8:30-9:30 am at McAllister Brewing Company. ALL MUST WEIGH IN!

NOVICE CLASSES WILL BE COMBINED IF THE CLASS HAS LESS THEN 4 ATHLETES! HW WEIGHTS WILL BE USED!

Keg Press  (For Reps) - 60sec

• Athlete will start with hands off the keg and will given a start command.
• Clean the keg once, then press for as many reps as possible in 60 sec.
• Athlete will be given a down command, feet together and arms locked out for rep to count.
• Keg can be re-cleaned if needed
• No resting on head.
• ALLOWED: Wrist wraps, Belts, Chalk, Grip shirts, Sleeves.
• NOT ALLOWED: Tacky, Tacky towel, SC/OSG grip shirts.

Front Hammer Hold (Best Time)

• Two hands ONE Hammer
• NO time limit.
• Athlete gets one chance for best time.
• Implement will be handed to athlete
• Hand over hand. Hand or fingers cant be interlocked.
• Athlete must hold implement straight out from torso. A slight bend in the elbow is permitted.
• There will be a bar placed under athletes forearm, once you hit the bar time will be stopped. Bar height will be taken at weigh ins! (Bar will be set for 2 inches under forearm)
• Excessive angle will result in stoppage of time. Athlete will have one warning from judge to correct form. The next infraction will result in time stoppage.
• ALLOWED: Chalk, Belts, Sleeves, Wraps.
• HEADPHONES ALLOWED! BUT MUST BE ABLE TO HEAR JUDGE!
• NOT ALLOWED: Tacky, Tacky towel, Built up belt.

Odd Object Carry - 60 sec

AMMO CAN, TBA, SANDBAG

• Implements will be lined up at start line going lightest to heaviest  on the ground.
• Implement one (lightest) will be carried 50ft and back.
• Implement two will be carried 30ft and back.
• Implement three will be carried 15ft and back.
• ALL IMPLEMENTS MUST BE PLACED UPRIGHT BEFORE MOVING TO THE NEXT IMPLEMENT!!!!
• NO THOWING OF IMPLEMENTS OVER LINE OR PENALIZED WILL BE GIVEN.
• One foot has to cross over each line (15ft,30ft,50ft)
• Time will stop once athlete crossed the start line.
• If dropped time and distanced will be measured for that implement.
• NO shouldering!
  ALLOWED: Belts, Wraps, Sleeves, Grip shirts, Chalk
• NOT ALLOWED: Tacky, Tacky towel, SC/OSG shirts.

Wagon Wheel Axle Deadlift (For Reps) - 60sec

• Athlete can start with hands on bar (strapped in).
• Judge will give start command.
• Rep as many times in 60 sec.
• Athlete will get down command, athlete must be standing completely upright with hips through, knees locked for rep to count.
• NO Sumo, or bouncing.
• Just control down.
• ALLOWED: Belts, Chalk, Sleeves, Suits, Straps, Wrist wraps.
• NOT ALLOWED: Tacky, Tacky Towel, Baby Oil

Truck Pull – 60sec  

• Athlete has 60 sec to pull the truck 60 ft.
• Athlete will be harnessed
• Athlete will be able to get tight leaning forward and pull slack out of rope in front of them.
• Judge will give athlete a pull command.
• Complete as fast as possible. If you don’t finish in time you will be judged on distance.
• ALLOWED: Chalk, Belts, Wrist wraps, Sleeves, Gloves.
• NOT ALLOWED: Tacky, Tacky towel.
