Event Rules:
- Soft belts, leather lifting belts, wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, forearm sleeves, knee sleeves, knee wraps, tacky, and lifting suits are allowed on all events when appropriate.
- No lifting straps on the deadlift or tacky on the deadlift bar. Chaulk will be provided. A Texas deadlift bar will be used for the deadlift.
- No lifting straps on the farmer's carry.
