Classes: This is a no weight class/gender class lifting event, so everyone will sign up under the "women's novice weight class." From there please select a weight class based on your goal for your max deadlift. All techniques of deadlifting will be accepted (conventional, sumo, wagon wheels, etc.) We are just here to pull big weights, raise money and have fun doing it. Think of it more as an opportunity to use friendly competition as motivation to lift more than you ever have before. You will be in an environment to learn how to lift heavier in a safe manner. 

• Class A: 55-135lb
• Class B: 135-275lb
• Class C: 275-405lb
• Class D: 405+lb

This will be in a last-person-standing format where a weight is loaded + people line up to either attempt the weight or pass. Your heaviest successful lift of the day will be recorded.
