Professional Strongman League Masters Championship
$150
Kokomo, IN
Contest and weigh in information below
THERE IS A 20 PERSON PER DIVISION LIMIT
-ALL ENTRY FEE MONEY WILL BE GIVEN AS PRIZE MONEY RESPECTIVE TO THE CLASS-
Weigh-ins: Weigh-ins will be held starting on 9/12/25 location TBD. You are required to
weigh at your weight class or .2kg over. (we will be using KG’s for weight, not pounds here so adjust
scales accordingly) These will start 24-hours before the competition start time, which will be TBD
THERE WILL BE NO NUDE WEIGH-INS please plan accordingly.
***Our EMT on site reserves the right to stop any athlete from continuing a weight
cut if it is deemed to be unsafe and an emergency that they stop***
Rules Meeting: Will be held the evening before and
This meeting is mandatory for all competitors and failure to attend the rules meeting
will result in the athlete going 1st on each event during the competition day barring
any exception being made for emergency. Time will be TBD on 9/12/25 and we will
aim to be done within 25-30 minutes! You will have all the rules and details of events so
please ask as many questions ahead of time as possible! Some of your events will
be laser timed for the best possible accuracy, and some will be finished by hitting a
button at the end. This is to eliminate as much human error in time keeping and
keep things as fair and accurate as possible for you which is what you deserve. This
will be discussed during this time.
Scoring: Athletes will be scored against one another on each event, with the total
number of points available per event equaling the number of competitors. Example: if
there are 12 competitors, then the most points that can be scored would be 12. 1st
place would receive 12 points, and last place would receive 1 point. In the event an
athlete receives a zero for an event, that place will occupy last place instead of 1 point,
they will receive a 0. This means that second to last would then receive 2 points. If there
is a tie on an event, the points that the athletes would have received, will be added up
and then divided by total number of athletes.
Events: Couple of ground rules here that will apply to EVERY event of the weekend no
exceptions (unless it is atlas stones). No grip shirts, nothing sticky such as tacky, spray
tacky or anything of the like is allowed. Competition shirts with sleeves MUST be worn
at all times.
The rules here are written in a way that “this is all that is allowed” equipment wise. So
basically, if it’s listed, you can use it. If it is not listed, you can not use it. This should
prevent most of the “well I wasn’t told I can’t” kinds of things and keep everyone on the
same page. If you are caught breaking this rule and cheating, you will zero the event. If
you are caught cheating twice, you will be DQ’d from the competition. This has not
happened before, let’s keep it that way. For every event, when time is called, you are done. Any rep only partially finished will
not be counted, same with distance events, if you have not completed the required
distance in the allotted time, you will receive a distance for your score not a time.
For every event, athletes will start on a line a few feet from the implement unless noted
otherwise. This means ANY strapping in, or maneuvering of implements must be done
within the time limit of the event. We will be streaming this competition, so there are a few ground rules when you are
within earshot of a camera (Hint: they are very nice cameras and hear you from further
away than you think) there will be no expletive language (in any language) while on
camera. You will receive 1 warning for this, then you will zero the event. You are
professionals, this is part of it. We have yet to enforce this rule, and would like to
continue to keep it that way.
