Strongman Corporation Membership required of all Contestants

WEIGH-INS: 5:00pm-7pm Saturday (6/12) and 8:30am-9:00am Sunday (6/13) at The Weight Room
RULES BRIEFING: 9:30am on 6/13 and MANDATORY for all competitors
CLASSES: All weight classes with 5 or more registered competitors will be contested -- any less will be combined with the next weight class in that division.
AWARDS: All contested weight classes and divisions will receive awards TBD
ENTRY FEES: $80 – early-bird discounts apply! First event order will be reverse order of entry received date

EVENT DESCRIPTIONS
Axle Clean and Press
Clean once, press away. Down signal must be received for any lift to count. 60sec limit.
Farmers Walk
60’ race. No drops allowed. Distance marked at first drop. 60sec limit.
Adventures in T-Shirt Land! Strongman Medley
Yoke/Sandbag. Carry 40’ each. Time stops when the sandbag clears the bar. Your yoke’s crossbar will be the bar for the sandbag. Unlimited drops. 60sec limit.
MagniGrip Wrist Wrench
Hold for max time. Time starts when the weight breaks the floor. Time stops when the weight drops, for any fault (bracing the handle on the leg, etc), or if the handle unrolls ½ turn.
“Alpha Stone” -- no tacky
Max stone to 52” in 60 seconds. Stones will be placed around the platform. You may have up to 3 stones on the platform at once. Split times will be recorded for each successful load. Heaviest stone wins. Faster time breaks ties.
