begin lifting at 10

Keg OHP Medley:

-60 seconds to complete; fastest time wins

-athlete must be fully upright, with keg overhead and knees/elbows locked out (unless athlete specifies prior to event any reason full lockout is unable to be reached)

-ALLOWED: Belt, knee/elbow sleeves, chalk, wrist wraps, grip shirts/shorts, gloves

-NOT ALLOWED: TACKY, TACKY TOWELS OR SPRAY ADHESIVE OF ANY KIND

Sandbag to Shoulder (max reps):

- 60 second to complete; most reps wins

- Sandbag will be picked from the ground. 

-Athlete must be fully upright /locked out with 1 hand off the bag for down command

-ALLOWED: Belt, Knee/elbow sleeves, chalk, wrist wraps, grip shirts/shorts

-NOT ALLOWED: TACKY, TACKY TOWELS OR SPRAY ADHESIVE OF ANY KIND

Deadlift Medley:

-60 seconds to complete; most reps wins

-Farmers Handle/ Deadlift bar/Axle from floor

-Farmers and Deadlift bar will be 1 single rep.  Must come to full lockout position and have down command from judge. 

Wagon wheel Axle will be for reps.  Each rep must be fully lockout with judges down command.

-ALLOWED: straps, belts, elbow/knee sleeves, chalk, hitching

-NO BOUNCING 

-NO TACKY, NO TACKY TOWELS, NO SPRAY ADHESIVE OF ANY KIND

-NO SUITS

Keg and Sandbag Medley:

-60 sec to complete; fastest time wins

-Keg will be carried 50' down.

-Sandbag will be picked from the ground at that end and carried 50' back and loaded over yoke crossbar.

-50” for women and 56” for men 

-ALLOWED: BELT, KNEE/ELBOW SLEEVES,CHALK, WRIST WRAPS, GRIP SHIRTS, GLOVES

-NOT ALLOWED: TACKY, TACKY TOWELS OR SPRAY ADHESIVES OF ANY KIND

**if necessary there will be a tie breaker**
