Friday June 30th – 8:00-9:00am or 5:00-6:00pm; Saturday July 1st 7:00-8:00am
Squat Rack, Squat to Box, and Yoke Height will be determined at the time of weigh-in. Even heavyweights and master classes must come to get your height for these events.

Unbreakable Gear Squat-to-Box Max
The Male and Female Lifters with the highest Squat-to-Bodyweight ratio will receive either a free pair of knee sleeves or knee wraps courteously of Unbreakable Gear.
Most weight wins. Wessel Rules applies (3 attempts; fail and you’re out). Rising Bar format; hop in when you want. EliteFTS SSYoke Bar will be used. Athlete must keep hands on the handles. :60 time limit per attempt. Much like in powerlifting, "down" and "rack" commands will be given, but no "up" command will be given. The weights on both sides of the bar must touch the boxes for the rep to count. If two athletes are successful at the same weight, tiebreaker will go to the athlete who succeeded at the weight in an earlier attempt. Touch-and-Go allowed.
Women – opens at 115# with 20/30# jumps, 27" Box height
Men – opens at 205# with 40/50# jumps, 31" Box height
Allowed – Belt, Wraps, Sleeves, Chalk, TnG
Not Allowed – Suits, Straps
Log C&P AMRAP
Most Reps wins. Athlete will start standing over but with hands off the Log. Each rep must be cleaned from the crash pads provided. If at any point the Log roles away from the crash pads, the athlete must bring the Log back to the crash pads before continuing to the next rep. A “Down” command will be given at lockout and control. Athletes feet must be together for rep to count (split-jerk positions must bring feet together). The athlete must follow the Log back to the ground after a successful or failed attempt. :90 time limit.
Women – 10" Log
Men – 12” Log
Allowed – Belt, Wraps, Sleeves, Chalk, Split-Jerk, Push-Jerk, Grip Shirts
Not Allowed – Tacky, Suits, Belt Build Up, Tree Topping, Straps
Sandbag to Shoulder Medley
Most reps win. 1 rep each for the first 2 Sandbags, AMRAP on the last Sandbag. “Down” command must be given. Athlete must show one-arm control before receiving down command. :90 time limit.
Allowed – Belt, Wraps, Sleeves, Chalk, Grip Shirts
Not Allowed – Suits, Straps, Tacky, Belt Build-up
Dinnie Stone Hold
Longest time wins. Time starts once both implements are off the ground. Athlete will have a chance to position the implements how they want prior to taking their attempt. No grace attempts will be offered; the athlete will need to make sure their grip is set before taking the attempt. Pick height for the tall stone is 22”. Pick height for the short stone is 19”.
Allowed – Hook Grip, Chalk, Belt, Sleeves, Wraps
Not Allowed – Tacky, Suits, Straps
Unbreakable Gear Yoke Max
The Male and Female Lifters with the highest Yoke-to-Bodyweight ratio will receive a free Lever Lifting Belt courteously of Unbreakable Gear.
Most weight wins. Wessel Rules applies (3 attempts; fail and you’re out). Rising Bar format; hop in when you want. :60 time limit per attempt. No drops allowed in the 50’. If an athlete drops the yoke within the 50’, it will count as a failed attempt.
Women – 275# open, 40/50# jumps
Men – 365# open, 40/50# jumps
Allowed – Belt, Chalk, Sleeves, Wraps, Grip Shirts
Not Allowed – Drops, Suits, Tacky
