Last year was our first year hosting Static Monsters and it was a blast. Join in on the Worldwide rankings!
Max Log Press and max 16" axle deadlift.

1st attempt weights to be given on weigh in morning of. After 1st attempt, your 2nd attempt weight is to be given to the judge. Cannot go down in weight, can reattempt weight or go up.
Standard commands given. Down command on both lifts, after complete and steady lock out.
Due to likelihood of changes due to covid, etc, final details to be emailed to competitors week of contest.
Weigh ins morning of 8am, rules at 9am, lift off 930am.
Masters 40+ will have their scores added to Masters categories as well as weight categories.
