Static Monsters is returning to Salem, Oregon this October 29th to see some of the strongest in the PNW see whose Log and Axle Deadlift are biggest and whose got the biggest Monster Total!

Rules for Log Press:

The athlete will have 3 attempts to establish a 1 rep max on the log.  The athlete may press, jerk, or use whatever technique as long as lock out occurs.  Wait for judges command to drop or the lift will not count. Grip shirts, belts, wraps, chalk, elbow and knee sleeves Allowed. 
 

Rules for Monster Axle Dead :

The bottom of axle will be set at 16.75 inches off The ground.  The Athlete will have 3 attempts to establish a 1 rep max on the deadlift.  Athlete must wait for judges command to drop or the lift will not count. Straps, belts, sleeves and SUITS allowed.
