This is an 80's themed Strongman Event so wear your best 80's costume (optional). All experience levels welcomed! All proceeds go to a local LGBTQA+ community member. 

Weigh-ins will be morning of from 7am-8am. Rules briefing starts at 9am and the first event will start at 9:30. Prizes will go out to the top 3 competitors in each weight class. 

There will be a few interim events between the larger events including deadlift ladder, push-up and car lift. Registration for the interim events will be on site the day of the event.  

There will be a $10 spectator fee. 

We plan to have food vendors on site but bring snacks just in case. 

Masks will be required for all spectators and participants. The athlete may remove the mask while actively participating in the event.
