Event Logistics

Event will be held at CrossFit Frontier. Guidance on parking will be sent to all participants, and posted to the Facebook Event Page for spectators. 

Lifters Meeting will be held at 9:30AM, and lifting will start at 10AM.

Early Bird Registration

For early bird pricing, please register on or before October 1st. Registration will remain open if spots remain after October 1st, but you may have to purchase your event tee shirt at the event.

Note that during the event you must wear a Competition Tee issued by competition staff. Your grip shirt may be worn underneath the competition shirt. 

Refund Cut Off

Registration refunds will only be given at the discretion of the Meet Director’s after October 1st. 

Weigh Ins

Weigh Ins will be held the day before the event at ATR Training Systems. The address is below. Weigh Ins will be open from 10AM-12PM and from 4PM to 6:30PM. 

On the day of the event, check-ins and weigh-ins will open at 8AM inside CrossFit Frontier.

Event 1: Max Log

State Record Event

The event will be run in three flights with a 12” Rogue Log. Women will use a 10" Log.

Event 2: Max Elevated Deadlift

The event will be run in three flights with a 2” Axle. Bar height will be at 16.5”.

Event 3: Farmer’s Hold for Time

State Record Event

Athletes will pickup the farmer’s handles and hold for time. The time starts when the athlete has the handles locked out. 

Chalk only. No tacky, straps, or other grip aids are allowable.
