There is no registration fee for Adaptive Athletes or Veterans from any nation.

Weight Classes/Divisions:
- Women's
- u64 = 0-64.4kg or u141 = 0-141.1lbs
- u73 = 64.5-73.4kg or u160 = 141.2-160.9lbs
- u82 = 73.5-82.4kg or u180 = 170.0-180.8lbs
- *u91 = 82.5-91.4kg or *u200 = 180.9-200.6lbs
- Open = 91.5kg+ or 200.7lbs+
- Men's
- u80 = 0-80.4kg or u176 = 0-176.4lbs
- u90 = 80.5-90.4kg or u198 = 176.5-198.4lbs
- u105 = 90.5-105.4kg or u231 = 198.5-231.5lbs
- u120 = 105.5-120.4kg or u265 = 231.6-264.6lbs
- Open = 120.5kg+ or 264.7lbs+
- Both have additional divisions:

Amateur Events/Rules:
These events will be over two days, 1-4 on Day 1 and 5-7 on Day 2.
- Farmer Deadlift for Reps
- Athletes will have a 60 second time limit to complete as many reps as possible.
- Athletes will take their grip/strap in and look to their judge for a ready signal.
- Up and Down commands will be given.
- A down command will be given when the athlete has their knees, hips, and shoulder locked out.
- DO NOT DROP THE HANDLES FROM THE TOP - follow implement down.
- Equipment Allowed:
- Figure 8’s, Lasso Straps, Versa-grips.
- Equipment Not Allowed:
- Suits, Briefs, Hook-straps, Baby oil, Vaseline
- Yoke to Sandbag Medley with Sandbag Load Over Bar for Time
- Athletes will have a 60 second time limit to complete the medley.
- Athletes will take their positions and look to their judge for a ready signal.
- Athletes will carry yoke 50ft down - run back to pick up sandbag - carry 50ft and load over yoke.
- Time will stop when the bag hits the floor.
- No intentional sliding – there will be a 2sec slide penalty.
- Yoke and Sandbag adjacent w/ Bartos'/Rogue Yoke + Cerebrus Sandbags
- Equipment Allowed:
- Grip shirts (under comp shirt), Chalk, Sleeves/Wraps, Belts.
- Equipment Not Allowed:
- Tacky Products, Gloves.
- Log Press - 3 Reps for Time
- Athletes will have a 60 second time limit to complete the pressing.
- Athletes will take their positions and look to their judge for a ready signal.
- Complete three reps as fast as possible. o Athletes will clean & press every rep!
- Athletes will be given a down command when they lock out the log.
- Locked out = Head through, arms, hips, knees locked out – must show control!
- Can’t use head to help you.
- DO NOT DROP THE LOG FROM OVERHEAD – follow implement down.
- Bartos'/Rogue Log Diameter: Women 10in, Men 12in
- Equipment Allowed:
- Grip shirts (under comp shirt), Chalk, Sleeves/Wraps, Belts.
- Equipment Not Allowed:
- Tacky Products, Build-a-belts.
- Sandbag to Shoulder for Reps
- Athletes will have a 60 second time limit to complete as many reps as possible.
- Athletes will take their positions (hands off) and look to their judge for a ready signal.
- Athletes will have to clean and shoulder a singular bag for reps.
- Down commands will be granted when the athlete maintains control and the opposite arm is extended with hips and knees locked out.
- Cerberus Sandbags
- Equipment Allowed:
- Grip shirts (under comp shirt), Chalk, Sleeves/Wraps, Belts.
- Equipment Not Allowed:
- Tacky Products, Build-a-belts, Gloves.
- Yoke Press for Reps
- Axle for women
- Athletes will have a 60 second time limit to complete as many reps as possible.
- Athletes will take their positions and look to their judge for a ready signal.
- Athletes will be given a down command when they lock out the yoke.
- Locked out = Head through, arms, hips, knees locked out – must show control!
- Can’t use head to help you.
- DO NOT DROP THE YOKE FROM OVERHEAD – follow implement down.
- Bartos'/Rogue Yokes.
- Equipment Allowed:
- Grip shirts (under comp shirt), Chalk, Sleeves/Wraps, Belts.
- Equipment Not Allowed:
- Tacky Products, Build-a-belts.
- Húsafell Carry for Time
- Athletes will have a 60 second time limit to complete the carry.
- Athletes will take their positions (hands off) and look to their judge for a ready signal.
- Athletes will pick and carry the Húsafell (Bartos') 50ft down and 50ft back (100ft total).
- Athletes must touch the 50ft line before returning.
- No drops allowed (distance will be measured if not completed).
- Equipment Allowed:
- Grip shirts (under comp shirt), Chalk, Sleeves/Wraps, Belts.
- Equipment Not Allowed:
- Tacky Products, Build-a-belts.
- Stone Over Bar for Reps
- Athletes will have a 60 second time limit to complete as many reps as possible.
- Athletes will pick stone, carry 15ft and then load over bar for reps.
- Bar height = Women's 48", Men's 52"
- Athletes CANNOT use the implement to get the stone over the bar.
- Equipment Allowed:
- Tacky is allowed – apply/removed only in tacky area.
- Grip shirts (under comp shirt), Sleeves/Wraps, Belts
